looking for a all white house cat in my area?

Answers:
Go to http://www.petfinder.com and do a search for shelter cats in your area and surrounding ones. Try your local paper, and search for your county's animal control on the web. Our county lists the animals in the shelter on their website.

Good luck!
what is your area?
Need more info - is this a lost cat - which city - etc
Check in on PetSmart. They have rescue cats. I got a beautiful white persian there. He is the Major Domo of the house! Wishing you the best of luck in your search.
petfinder is your best bet. Try it.
I was going to recommend Petfinder.com or Petsmart but I see they've already been recommended by others. You can also try Petco. The cats that both Petsmart and Petco sponsor are from shelters in the general vicinity of the store.

Any of these services will ask that you complete an adoption application, and some may ask to do a home visit to ensure the environment is appropriate.

Please don't disregard adult or older cats. They are often even better pets than a kitten because they have already been trained to use a litter box, scratching post, etc. Plus you have a better idea of their personality and you can be sure that you can accommodate any little quirks they may have. Be sure to ask the history of the cat you're planning to adopt and try to talk to someone who has actually cared for him/her to learn more about its personality.

We have an all white cat, Boogie, that has been with us since he was about 8 weeks old. He's 13 now and very sweet. He and our other four babies are our kids and we're very fortunate to them them in our lives.
