My 4 month old kitten has a small lump on her head.Is it normal or is something infectious?

Answers:
It is hard to say what it is without looking at it, but no it's not normal. I would take her/him to the vet and have him look at it. It may be that your kitten has been scratched by another cat and it has gotten infected. Your vet should be able to tell you for sure.
It not "normal" for you, your cat or your dog to have a lump on the body. Your cat must be seeing a vet for shots and at four months plans should be made for neutering so it is something your vet needs to investigate.
i would keep an eye on it and mention it to the vet next time you go
It may have gotten clawed by another kitten or cat. It could be a pocket of infection.Cats claws are loaded with bacteria from contact with feces.Lance it with a sterile needle to drain the infection then keep area clean with alcohol. If nothing comes out consult a vet.
not seeing it or anything I can't tell you but your vet can take her in to be seen.
Take it to your vet. It could be serious. Good luck and God bless you and your cat.
