My 4 month old cat has had Diarrhea for about 6 days should i take her to the vet? or what should I feed her?

SHe has engery and seems to be fine she just has diarrhea. I've be monitoring her eating, drinking, and how many times she poops. Shes eating fine drinking right and poops 2-3 times a day as usual. I heard if u feed cats grass it helps but I haven't done it cause i'm not sure about it. Please only answer if you REALLY know what to do about this. I don't want to make her sicker than what she is.
Answers:
whatever you do DO NOT give your cat human medicine as some idiot suggested, that could kill it. You must take your cat to the vet ASAP ( SINCE THIS QUESTION WAS POSTED 15 HOURS AGO I HOPE YOU HAVE) 6 days is way too long for you to leave this cat without attention from a vet.
Take her to the vet, she may have worms or be really sick, six days is too long to have diarrhea.
Make sure you aren't giving her any milk, milk can give cats diarrhea. If this continues, I would call the vet.
take her to the vet ASAP!! DUH!!
it's NOT rocket science ok!!
Take her to the vet. Diarehha is not normal. especially for 6 days she will get dehydrated and very ill fast so it is best to get her to the vet as soon as possible.
She will eat grass if SHE wants to. Have you changed her food? Are you buying the cheapy cat food? I prefer Iams or the new Fancy Feast dry. Stay away from canned food except for an occasional treat.

I rescued a kitty once, brought her home, fed her milk and then named her Squirt once I saw the results of my good intentions. Milk really messes with their tummies, so give that up too! They like it but should not have it.
Have you changed her food, or have you been consistant with the same food? Changing a kitties food, giving it milk, or giving it table scraps can all give kitty the runs, but they can have a disease that doesn't show symptoms until when they are a little older, and of course worms will almost always give a kitty the runs.
Better to take her to be checked just in case.and kitties need to be wormed once in a while anyway.
first don't feed her any human food the worst u can give her is ham. Feed her solid cat or dog food.

go to the vet after u give her a good diet wait maybe a day or two to go to the vet after you switch her diet.

it could also be tapeworm that can cause diarrhea
before it gets too late, take her to the vet asap!! You will regret forever if it's too late.
You should definitely take her to a vet.
You are risking her getting dehydrated, she should see a vet.
They may tell you to change her diet and how to.
If you want to get her grass - some cats like it. You can buy them the right kind at Petco. Do NOT let her eat any regular houseplants. Some of them are poisonous to cats (Specifically Easter Lilies!)
definitely take her to the vet!! she could have worms or something terrible wrong!!
Is she an in door cat or out door? Try a tsp of pepto bismal twice a day. Take her off wet food and feed dry. Try giving her food ennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. (acidophilus.) 30 to 50 mg.
the frist answer here is very true --take your kitten to the vet . It could die.Kittens can get dehidered very fast .If you love her you will take her to the vet.
I guess my question is about the same as everyone else's.what are you feeding kitty? Too much dairy, cheapie kitty food, human food..? Diahrea for six days is not a good sign.if nothing else, call your local vet..some vets have an "ask a nurse" program and they'll help you over the phone.
Try changing her food and give her one capful of Kaopectate in a can of soft food that will help firm her stools.
Give her some cooked beef. I know it sounds weird, but it works. Fry her a little ground beef if nothing else. If that doesn't work, take her to your vet.
First off it could be the cat food that she is eatting. What kind are you feeding her? try giving her some rice cooked in chicken broth.. You can also give her 1cc. of keopectate. If I can help I am at mfroeh@yahoo.com
