You should try contacting your veterinarian for more information on your kitty's intestinal problems. Could be worms, but it could be something more serious. As for getting your cat spayed, you should wait until you know for sure what is wrong with her. If it is something simple and easy to treat, spay her, but if it some sort of disease that is serious or life-threatening, you may want to wait until she isn't so sick. Having her spayed while sick could cause serious problems even death. I'm not saying that you shouldn't spay her, just have her checked out first and get the veterinarian's opinion.

Good luck with your kitty and her kittens!!
You should take the cat to the vet. Also bring a stool sample. It may be parasitic.
Manx cats commonly have problems like that. She should be SPAYED ASAP and talk to the vet about her problems. I have no idea why you would let a cat with problems have kittens. That seem pretty irresponsible. The vet needs to look at her spinal cord and see if that is lacking enough to cause the bowel probelms.
Have you tried researching on a site caller Peteducation.com. It is phenomenal, I have listed the link for you,

She needs to be spade and I see you are doing that. It could be so many things causing this.Only your vet can say for sure. Please have the vet check her son. Some cats have IBS.. Which causes this. have you tried a change of the brand of food she eats?
